Boll & Branch is seeking a passionate Associate to join our Product Strategy and Merchandising Team. In this role, you will contribute to establishing global assortment strategies and determining, developing, and optimizing the resulting assortment plans to drive growth, profitability, and brand covetability.
The Associate, Product Strategy and Merchandising will be responsible for inputting, managing, and maintaining product information across various systems, reports, and documents. Working closely with cross-functional teams—such as Merchandising, Planning, and various Product Creation teams—this individual will ensure data precision, streamline workflows, and maintain the timely execution of product updates.
You will report to the Senior Director of Product Strategy and Merchandising.

The primary location for this role can be located in either New York City or Summit, NJ. We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have flexibility to work remotely. Currently we are operating under a hybrid model whereby all teams work in an office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays) and may be provided flexibility to work from home on other days. At least one of the required in-office days must be at our Summit, NJ HQ, while the other may be in Summit or our NYC office. There will also be additional days from time to time when you’re asked to work in our Summit office for key team and cross-functional in-person meetings.
The annual base salary range for this role is $40,000 to $70,000 (new hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role). It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.
